What we collect. Data you provide via our contact form or by email (name, email address, message), and technical data collected automatically (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) through cookies and server logs.

Purposes and legal basis (GDPR). To answer your enquiries and take steps at your request before entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)); for our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website (Art. 6(1)(f)); and, for analytics, on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

Recipients. Trusted providers acting on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting and security), Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics, only if you consent) and communication tools. We do not sell your data.

International transfers. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we apply appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention. We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

Your rights. You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing; withdraw consent at any time; and lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
